Easy Biz Solutions is a small website business in Austin, Texas. This page explains what we collect through this site, why, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

When you use the free site check form, we collect:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your business name
• A link to your current website or social media page, if you choose to add one
• What you need (the “What do you need?” box, which is required)

Payments go through PayPal; we never see your card details. We don't use the form to build advertising profiles.

How we use it

We use these details only to reply to you and to do the site check you asked for. We never sell your information, and we don't share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who processes it

When you submit the form, your details are processed by Web3Forms, a form service, which delivers them to our business email inbox ([email protected]). That inbox forwards to our email provider, Gmail. Web3Forms handles that data under its own privacy policy. This website is hosted by Cloudflare. Nothing from the form is stored on this website.

How long we keep it

Web3Forms may keep form submissions for up to 3 years under its own terms, and we keep leads in our inbox while we’re working with you. If you become a customer, we keep what we need to provide your service.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the details you sent. Email us at the address below and we'll take care of it.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
